As we head into 2026, we are focused on one thing: turning ‘normal’ EEGs into meaningful insights that help clinicians act with confidence and give patients the clarity they have been waiting for.

Our BioEP technology doesn’t compete with existing diagnosis tools, it complements them. Where others focus on identifying spikes or seizures, BioEP steps in when the EEG appears non-contributory, which happens in up to 70% of cases.

2025 was a great year for us! We secured service evaluations in NHS Trusts, expanded our strategic partnerships and continued to build the evidence base for our digital biomarker. This year we are looking forward to presenting the results in peer-reviewed studies that demonstrate how BioEP impacts upon the real-world challenges facing clinicians and people with epilepsy every day.
