Posted

Neuronostics is revolutionising diagnosis and prognosis of neurological conditions. We create algorithms and software which can be used to aid medical professionals and gain more value from EEG data than ever before.

Neuronostics is looking for a talented engineer to join the team at our current stage of having a regulated product on the UK market, and seeking to maintain a good service for our customers, as well as build upon the existing functionality.

About you:

– You want to use technology to have a positive impact on people’s lives.

– You’re a motivated and capable engineer with enough experience to consider yourself a senior engineer who wants to make the leap to lead.

– You’re driven by the impact your creations can have.

– You’re a pragmatist who knows which details are worth immediate in-depth analysis and which can be contained and revisited.

– You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator.

– You have experience in creating and scaling production web applications.

– You value high quality integration tests.

– (BONUS) You have experience of working on “software as a medical device” products, or other regulated software products.

The role involves:

– Working with the CTO to scope out features and requirements for taking scientific code from our science team and getting it in to customer’s hands.

– Hands on engineering, developing features spanning the whole stack.

– Helping to maintain product uptime and continuously improving resilience of the stack.

– Helping to hire and mentoring more junior members of the team (we expect to make one hire this year).

– Collaborating with the product team, science team and end users to fully understand the problems you’re solving.
