Professor John Terry

Managing Director
John is a University Professor and EPSRC Established Career Fellow. He is a world leading epilepsy expert with over 20 years of research and leadership experience spanning five Russell Group Universities.

Dr Wessel Woldman

Scientific Director
Wes is a Mathematician and Epilepsy Research UK Emerging Leader Fellow. He has pioneered research that develops mathematical models to help the diagnosis and prognosis of neurological conditions.

Ben Howes

Chief Technology Officer
Ben has founded and consulted for technology-driven start-ups for over 10 years and has strong CTO experience. Ben is responsible for leading the tech team to turn Neuronostics’ scientific insights into scalable, user-friendly applications.

Milaana Mainstone

Head of Clinical Operations
Milaana has ten years of experience in clinical trials across commercial and academic studies. She holds a MRes in Psychology from the University of Bath and is currently studying part-time for a PhD at Lancaster University, researching recruitment and retention to clinical trials.

Lucy Rogers

Head of Regulatory Affairs
Lucy heads up product, regulatory, compliance and quality at Neuronostics. Ensuring our products meet the National and international standards required for medical devices. Leading product and regulatory, Lucy works with the wider management team to ensure the regulatory strategy aligns with the product roadmap and commercial needs of the business.

Callum McMahon

Operations Manager
Callum is an experienced manager with a strong focus on governance and finance. He supports all our teams to ensure robust procedures are in place and drives progress towards key company milestones.

Myles Hall

Business Development Manager
Myles excels in cultivating pivotal relationships with stakeholders across the NHS and fostering sustainable business growth. His experiences showcase a strong business acumen, driving breakthrough solutions in pharmaceutical and Med Tech sectors.

Kay Meiklejohn

Clinical Scientist
Kay is a Highly Specialised Clinical Physiologist (Neurophysiology) with over 17 years of clinical experience. She holds two BSc (Hon) degrees in Health Science and Neurophysiology and an MSc in Epileptology from Kings College London.

Rosie Charles

Data Scientist
Rosie graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022 with an MSc in Bioinformatics, following completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. Her master’s project, which focused on detecting patterns in genome structure, honed the coding and data analysis skills which she now utilises in her role at Neuronostics.

Business Development Officer
Lakshmi graduated from University of Portsmouth in 2022 with a MSc in International Business and Management. She uses her experience in both the medical sales sector and her business degree to support sales, communication and commercialisation of Neuronostics’ products.

Dhruv Chauhan

Senior Software Engineer
Dhruv is a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience across several sizes and shapes of startups, wearing many different hats. He brings his full-stack engineering skills and a product-focused mindset to develop scalable, user-friendly applications at Neuronostics.

Verity Fuller

Clinical Trial Coordinator
Verity graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Chemistry before working for a biotechnology company supporting the set up and management of clinical trials. She subsequently worked for a health science consultancy, delivering medical publications projects.

Grace Sutcliffe

Senior Administrator
Grace is a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator with over three years of experience in supporting and managing vital business administration. Additionally, she is working towards obtaining a secretarial diploma at ILSPA with the goal to further develop and enhance her administrative and secretarial skills.
